• Schedule: 8-Hour Days, 07:00:00-15:00:00, 8.00-5

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.
