Job Details:

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse - Home Health to join a Home Health team for a 13-week contract assignment. The position provides a pay range of $1,971.44 to $2,070.01, with scheduling details to be discussed with the recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Assess home health patients in stable and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.

• Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and safety measures, promoting self-care practices.

• Supervise and direct home health aides/stna/lvn to maintain quality of service.

• Perform on-call responsibilities and provide on-call services to patients and families as assigned.
