The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections supports the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services within a structured correctional environment. Responsibilities may include performing nursing assessments, checking vital signs, administering prescribed medications, assisting with patient care, maintaining clinical records, and collaborating with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff.

Job Details:

A Licensed Practical Nurse - Corrections delivers hands-on nursing services to individuals requiring medical care within a correctional facility. The position focuses on patient monitoring, medication administration, treatment assistance, health assessments, documentation, and communication with the healthcare team to support safe and consistent patient care.

The assignment is offered as a 13-week contract with a pay range of $20.48 - $21.50 and scheduled 8-hour mid-day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role is local and traveler friendly. Candidates are encouraged to connect with their recruiter for specific requirements and further details.
