Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Support patient recovery goals and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapies provided.
