Across American Medical Staffing (AMS) and Advanced Surgical Partners (ASP), 2025 was a year of growth, momentum, and meaningful impact—and one that laid the foundation for our next chapter as VyTalent Solutions.
Delivering Care Where It Was Needed Most
Throughout 2025, healthcare professionals answered the call in communities across the country. September emerged as AMS’s busiest travel month, as clinicians stepped into assignments nationwide to meet growing healthcare and education staffing needs. States including Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, and West Virginia remained among our most active markets, reflecting the trust partners place in us to provide reliable, high-quality support.
At the same time, ASP teams partnered closely with healthcare facilities and surgeons to deliver exceptional surgical support. In 2025 alone, ASP supported 15,727 surgeries and spent more than 39,000 hours in operating rooms across Florida and Virginia, helping patients receive timely, high-quality care when it mattered most.
While the settings may have been different, the mission was the same: connecting skilled professionals with the people and organizations that depend on them.

The Professionals Who Powered 2025
Demand remained strong across healthcare, education, and surgical environments throughout the year.
Among AMS’s most requested specialties were Speech-Language Pathologists, behavioral health professionals, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Med-Surg clinicians, Radiology Technologists, and MS/Tele professionals. Each played a vital role in strengthening care delivery and improving outcomes for patients and students alike.
Within ASP, success was built on strong partnerships with surgeons and facilities. Supporting more than 500 surgeons required not only technical expertise, but also trust, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence in the operating room.
