Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nurse
Location: Baltimore, MD
Setting: School
Pay Range: $24.99 – $26.24 hourly
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter
Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Preferred: Pediatric and school-based nursing experience; private duty experience
Requirements: Valid Maryland LPN license, willingness to obtain state licensure, 2+ years LPN experience, pediatric experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student’s educational participation and inclusion.
Monitor students' health and respond to health emergencies as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and follow school policies.
