Job Details:

Job Title: RN – Home Health

Location: Shelbyville, TN

Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: 1805.12 – 1895.38

Schedule: 07:00 – 15:00 (Day, 8-Hour Days)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Candidate Type: Travel

Requirements:
· 2 years of experience as a RN
· Valid RN license
· Be willing to obtain TN licensure
· Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems

Responsibilities:

Performing nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
Providing expert nursing care within the RN scope of practice
Patient education to support safe and effective recovery
Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Documenting visits and patient progress using OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR
