Job Details:
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Morgantown, WV
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2022.20 – 2123.31
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm with on call and weekends; at least 1 weekend per month
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: WV RN; Home Health Experience, HCHB, OASIS
Responsibilities:
- Assess the health of individuals and implement care plans.
- Provide health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management services.
- Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals.
- Coordinate communication and actions among healthcare disciplines to address health and safety needs.
- Complete required nursing documentation and maintain communication regarding changes in client condition.
