Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse
Location: Leonardtown, MD
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1843.84 – 1936.03
Schedule: 18:45 – 07:15
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment. ACLS & BLS required. PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience required. 2 years of experience required. Candidate must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. The facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Step down unit with a ratio of 1:4.
• Manage the care of patients requiring intermediate monitoring and interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, including vaccination requirements.
• Cover every other weekend and float to Tele and/or MS units as needed.
