Job Title: Stepdown/IMC/PCU | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: San Antonio, TX
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1653.95 – 1736.65
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Active TX RN License ONLY- temp License will not be accepted
Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in the stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting, including telemetry monitoring and trauma management
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech electronic health record system
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Float to different units as needed, following hospital floating policy
• Adhere to dress code and hospital policies, including infection control and safety procedures
