Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: RN license; ACLS; BLS; NIH; PALS; Prophecy Relias Advanced Emergency Department assessment; 4hrs annual stroke CEs; 3 years of Emergency Department experience; Maryland or compact RN license required
Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a 54-bed Emergency Department serving neonatal through geriatric patients.
• Support rapid evaluation units for urgent and critical care needs, including behavioral health units.
• Collaborate with security teams to support behavioral health units with a patient ratio of 1:4-6.
• Support hospital stroke and STEMI protocols, including transfer when necessary.
• Support approximately 120 patient visits per day, maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.
