Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2040.28 – 2142.29
Schedule: 01:00 – 02:01
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2+ years of L&D experience required. Prior travel experience required. BLS, ACLS, & NRP required. AWHONN intermediate Fetal Monitoring class taken and passed required, AWHONN Advanced fetal monitoring class and EFM certification preferred. Need to be able to handle HIGH ACUITY patients. Call required: 12 hours in a 6 week scheduling period. EMR: Epic. Scrub color: Galaxy Blue and/or White. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality labor and delivery care to acuity patients.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to clinical changes effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within Epic EMR.
• Support floating assignments across different units and campuses as needed.
