Job Title: Home Health PTA
Location: Elizabethtown, PA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 08:00:00 – 15:00:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of Medicare certified Home Health experience. HomeCare HomeBase EMR experience highly preferred. 
Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with therapy exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
