Job Details:
Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Everett, WA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2400-2600
Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of Home Health RN experience
Responsibilities:

• Provide home health nursing care to patients within the Snohomish County area.
• Complete documentation by 10am the following day to ensure accurate patient records.
• Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week.
• Adhere to all home health care policies, including documentation and patient care standards.
• Support patients in their recovery and health maintenance in their home environment.
