Job Overview

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health, learning, and behavioral needs of students within an educational setting. You will conduct psychological assessments, evaluate learning difficulties, and design targeted interventions that foster a positive and inclusive educational environment.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school administrators to develop tailored intervention strategies and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your expertise will help remove barriers to learning and support student development across academic, social, and emotional domains.

• Job Title: School Psychologist

• Pay Range: $55.00 - $63.82 hourly
• Schedule: 37.5 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
• Contract Length: 2026 - 2027 School Year
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
• Preferred: 2 years of experience as a School Psychologist preferred but not required; new grads welcome to apply
• Requirements: Valid School Psychologist licensure. Willing to obtain state licensure. Qualified applicants MUST have a valid School Psychologist licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify students' psychological needs (S.Psych.)
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored intervention plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines related to School Psychology
• Supporting students' emotional, social, and behavioral development through individual and group interventions
• Participating in IEP meetings and ensuring IEP compliance
