Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice, you will deliver compassionate, specialized palliative care to individuals facing terminal illnesses in home health settings. You will conduct thorough health evaluations, manage pain and symptoms, and establish tailored treatment plans aimed at providing optimal comfort and preserving patient dignity.
In this meaningful role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, social workers, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive continuity of care. Your daily duties will include administering prescribed medications, monitoring patient progress, and accurately documenting clinical records.

- Pay Range: 1862.48 - 1955.60
- Schedule: 8am-8pm
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
