Duties include evaluating mobility and strength, developing appropriate therapy programs, providing exercises and therapeutic techniques, and tracking progress throughout treatment. The therapist also educates patients and caregivers while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Job Details:

The Physical Therapist (PT) will support students through skilled physical therapy services in a school setting for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The position pays $46.42 - $48.74 per hour and follows a schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Local and traveler candidates are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and be willing to obtain state licensure if required. Two years of PT experience is preferred but not mandatory, and new graduates are welcome to apply. The role focuses on improving student mobility, supporting functional development, and helping students participate successfully in the school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support and specialized care to students in educational settings.
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure students receive services tailored to their individual needs.
• Provide assessment and treatment for students with gross motor and mobility concerns within the school setting.
• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with IEP requirements and school policies.
