Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and facility policies.
