Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health status and document all observations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
