The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care provides personalized nursing care to residents requiring ongoing support in a long-term care environment. The role includes monitoring health conditions, administering medications and treatments, assisting with daily care needs, maintaining accurate records, and working with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

The LPN - LTC will provide nursing support to residents in a Long Term Care environment while monitoring health needs and assisting with ongoing care. The position offers $796.44 - $836.26 for a 13-week contract, with working hours from 07:00:00 to 19:00:00. Local and traveler candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
