We&#8217;re currently looking for a RN: Case Manager for a Home Health contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Title:<\/strong> RN: Case Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Jeffersonville, IN<br \/>\n<strong>Setting:<\/strong> Home Health<br \/>\n<strong>Pay Range:<\/strong> 2175.60 &#8211; 2284.38<br \/>\n<strong>Schedule:<\/strong> M-F 8am-5pm (OnCall Required: Rotating weekends)<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Length:<\/strong> 13 weeks<br \/>\n<strong>Candidate Type:<\/strong> Traveler<br \/>\n<strong>Requirements:<\/strong> Associates or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Nursing or related field. Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse license. Ability to analyze complex medical information and make rational decisions.
