\nRequirements:<\/strong> Homecare Homebase Software Experience – Required
\nOASIS Experience – Required
\nCurrent state license as a Registered Nurse – Required
\nCHPN certification – Preferred
\nProof of current CPR certification – Required
\nCurrent driver’s license – Required
\nMust have reliable transportation and insurance – Required
\n1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting – Required
\n2+ years Home health experience – Required
\nEducation: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program – Required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing – Preferred
