We&#8217;re currently looking for a RN: Case Manager for a Home Health contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> RN: Case Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Forest Lake, MN<\/p>\n<p><strong>Setting:<\/strong> Home Health<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:<\/strong> 2155.20 &#8211; 2262.96<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Discuss with recruiter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Length:<\/strong> 13 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Type:<\/strong> Traveler<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong> Current, unrestricted state Registered Nurse license.
