Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients on the MedSurg unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to patient needs during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately using Meditech EMR
