Pay Range: 1958.08 – 2055.98
Schedule: 07:00:00 – 19:00:00
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist; Valid Physical Therapist license; Be willing to obtain Tennessee licensure
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in the Long Term Care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to all licensing and facility regulations to maintain compliance.
