Job Title: Physical Therapist – Home Health
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2358.00 – 2475.90
Schedule: 07:00 – 15:00 (Discuss with recruiter)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Fully licensed in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida
- Willing to obtain South Carolina license
- No home health experience required, but knowledge of outpatient orthopedics and neuro-orthopedics is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
- Conduct skilled assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
- Support patients with orthopedic and neurological needs, adapting to home health protocols
- Apply evidence-based treatment techniques and document patient progress accurately
