Job Title: Surgical Tech – CVOR
Location: Columbia, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: $2,213.00 – $2,323.65
Schedule: 07:00 – 17:00 (Days)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Travel
Requirements:
· 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
· Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the CVOR
· Valid Surgical Tech license
· Be willing to obtain South Carolina licensure
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, supporting the surgical team with instrumentation and patient care.
- Prepare the operating room by sterilizing and arranging surgical equipment for CVOR cases.
- Monitor patient conditions during surgery and document outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and efficient cardiovascular operations.
- Support post-operative procedures, including wound care and patient transfer.
