Job Details:
Job Title: LPN: LTC
Location: Bedford, NH
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1244.84 – 1307.08
Schedule: 07:00 – 15:00 (D/N)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Travel
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a LPN; Valid LPN license; Be willing to obtain New Hampshire licensure
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.

Administer medications and monitor patient health status.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members.

Ensure compliance with all state and facility regulations.
