Pay Range: $1998.00 – $2097.90
Schedule: 07:00 – 15:00 (Days)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Travel
Requirements: · 2 years of experience as a RN· Valid RN license· Be willing to obtain Michigan licensure· Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive home health nursing care to patients in their residences.
- Complete OASIS assessments and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and family members on health management and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home health services.
