Job Title: LPN: LTC
Location: Camden, ME
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 796.44 – 836.26
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:00 (D/N)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a LPN; Valid LPN license; Be willing to obtain Maine licensure
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
