Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.
