Job Title: Case Manager | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2302.20 – 2417.31
Schedule: 08:00 – 16:30 (Day Shift weekend rotation)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years experience in a hospital setting; active compact license at submission; BLS; NH RN license at time of submission; Acute Hospital RN Case Management experience; Critical care experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform utilization management activities.
- Coordinate patient care within the hospital setting.
- Support discharge planning processes.
- Assist with revenue integrity activities.
- Apply leadership qualities in the case management role.
