Job Title: General | Physical Therapist
Location: Princeton, WV
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2614.60 – 2745.33
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Current State License as a Physical Therapist; proof of current CPR certification; current driver’s license; reliable transportation and insurance; 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to identify their needs and determine the appropriateness of physical therapy services.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized patient care plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on referrals and assessments.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures, transfer techniques, and the safe use of mobility equipment.
• Document patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and coordinate services to support patient well-being.
