Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Location: Florence, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1817.69 – 1908.57
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30 (3x12s, Days; every other weekend requirement)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of experience; SC license or Compact license in hand prior to start; BLS
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including those receiving renal care.
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic.
- Float to other medical-surgical units within scope as needed to meet facility needs.
