Job Details:
Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2141.29 – 2248.35
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of Case Manager experience; RN License with nursys on profile; BLS; degree accreditation or 5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management support in the emergency department setting.
- Coordinate care and support patient needs throughout the assignment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support effective patient care planning.
- Complete accurate case management documentation and follow established processes.
- Function as core staff and float to other units or sister campuses as required.
