Job Details:
- Job Title: Health Service Worker: HSW – Psych – Multiple Shifts
- Location: Weston, WV
- Setting: Psych
- Pay Range: $791.06 – $830.61 weekly
- Schedule: 12-Hour Days/Nights, rotating schedule, including weekends
- Contract Length: 16 Weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, provide basic patient care and assist patients in developing daily living skills.
- Respond promptly to patients’ calls for assistance.
- Maintain standards of patient care aligned with Joint Commission, CMS, and Department policies, including diet and physical activity.
- Apply approved techniques to prevent and safely manage aggressive behaviors.
- Monitor and document patient progress, escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient wellness and rehabilitation.
