Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 1971.21 – 2069.77
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30 (3x12s)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Maryland or compact RN license upon submission; 2 years of Critical Care experience; Level II trauma experience; ACLS, BLS, NIH, and ATCAR or equivalent trauma education; Prophecy Relias Advanced EKG assessment with a passing score before proceeding with the contract; Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU experience; dysrhythmia interpretation and management; experience managing multisystem organ dysfunction/failure; cardiac and vasoactive drip titration experience; IABP, CRRT, EVD, and Arctic Sun/Cooling blanket management experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the intensive care unit.
- Care for medical, surgical, coronary care, neuro, and trauma patients.
- Manage high-risk neuro and trauma interventions within the intensive care setting.
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, and cardiac and vasoactive drips.
- Float to IMC and other appropriate critical-care areas based on facility needs, scope, and competency.
