Job Title: Telemetry | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Lewisville, TX
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1653.95 – 1736.65
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS; 2 Years MS experience
Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on the surgical telemetry unit, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Utilize equipment such as Baxter IV pumps and Welch Allyn VS machines in patient treatment.
• Follow unit policies and guidelines, including dress code and safety protocols.
• Support patient mobility procedures, including ambulation and wound care as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate admissions, discharges, and ongoing patient management.
