Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse
Location: Leonardtown, MD

Pay Range: 1843.84 – 1936.03
Schedule: 06:45 – 19:15
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: ACLS & BLS required; PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; 2 years of experience required; must have completed at least 1 travel assignment; pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms; unit will direct weekend coverage based on operational needs; float required to Tele and/or MS as needed; IMC Ratio: 1:4; all employees must have the Flu vaccine; reach out to AM for local rates for locals within 60 miles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to IMC, PCU, and Stepdown patients.
- Pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms.
- Cover every other weekend and assist with unit-specific operational needs.
- Float to Tele and/or Medical-Surgical units as required, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4 in IMC.
- Adhere to hospital policies including flu vaccination requirements.
