Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2209.47 – 2319.94
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have minimum 12 months PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience, Ohio license or Compact state license, AHA BLS & ACLS
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care for medical/surgical telemetry patients during night shifts.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
