Job Details:
Job Title: ER Registered Nurse
Location: Jackson, TN
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2053.24 – 2155.90
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required. TN or Compact License required. Minimum of 2 years of ER experience. Epic experience within the last 18 months required. Ultrasound IV experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in the ER setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
