Job Title: ER | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Salem, VA
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1823.59 – 1914.77
Schedule: 09:00 – 21:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments; 2-3 years ER experience; BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assist with procedures such as RSI, stroke protocols, and central line placement
- Monitor and manage patient conditions according to protocols and physician orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care activities accurately in Meditech EMR
