Job Title: Telemetry | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Parkersburg, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2127.04 – 2233.39
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30 (Self-scheduling)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS & ACLS certifications are required. Must be able to read strips and be comfortable with patients post heart caths, CHF, COPD, arrhythmias. RN must be able to do EKGs and titrate Heparin. Experience or skills in reading strips and managing cardiac patients are necessary.
Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care for cardiac telemetry patients. * Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including reading EKG strips. * Administer prescribed medications and titrate Heparin as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient discharge and admission processes. * Support the unit with patient education and critical monitoring.
