Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 1911.53 – 2007.11
Schedule: 18:45 – 07:15
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN license (Maryland or compact), BLS, 16-hour Maryland-approved trauma course, 8 hours annual trauma CEUs, 2 years of OR experience, Level II trauma experience, proficiency in various surgical procedures, experience with emergency OR response, fire safety, malignant hyperthermia, latex allergy precautions, electrosurgical units, fiber-optic equipment, Steris equipment
Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, age-appropriate care as a member of the patient care team in a busy operating room environment
• Support advanced technology and minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including trauma, ENT, colorectal, plastics, neurosurgery, and more
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, emergency, and infection control protocols
