Job Title: Psychiatric/DD Nurse – Region 6
Location: Grafton, OH
Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
Pay Range: 31.57 – 33.15
Schedule: 06:00 – 14:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a psychiatric hospital setting, including assessment, observation, and documentation of symptoms and reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, immunizations, and monitor patient responses.
• Respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care such as first aid, arranging transport, and contacting physicians.
• Perform specialized procedures including IV therapy, wound care, oxygen therapy, and CPR.
• Oversee and support healthcare staff, participate in staff development, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
