Job Details:
Job Title: Hospice CNA
Location: Dedham/Boston, MA (covering entire coverage area for the branch. Territory is split between two CNAs and will be specified during interview process)
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: Competitive, Weekly pay
Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local
Requirements: 1 year of Hospice/Home Health experience. Meditech EMR experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Take and document vital signs and report changes to the clinical team
• Provide safe transfers/ambulation assistance and basic comfort measures
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control standards
• Communicate clearly with patients/families and hospice clinicians
