Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN General) – Region 6

Setting: Government
Pay Range: 27.16 – 28.52
Schedule: 13:30 – 23:30 (D/N, Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care within scope of practice under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
- Maintain medication accountability records and observe, document, and report patient conditions.
- Provide general nursing, direct care, and programming assistance such as vital signs, personal hygiene, medication administration, and patient support activities.
- Assist lower-level staff with unskilled nursing care and participate in staff meetings and training.
- Order medication and supplies, perform clerical tasks, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of nurse stations and medication areas.
