Job Title: Rehab Registered Nurse
Location: Charleston, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1811.47 – 1902.04
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: Discuss with recruiter.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: WV/Compact RN License required – can submit with pending RN license but must have WV/Compact license active to start
Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients with cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputations, spinal cord injuries, neurological diseases, and deconditioning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a physiatrist, NP, therapists, and social workers to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients’ progress during their approximately 2-week length of stay.
• Follow unit protocols including certified BLS (must be AHA) and participate in orientation sessions held every other week.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and accommodate block schedule requests.
