Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Lebanon, PA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2141.00 – 2248.05
Schedule: 08:00 – 16:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: ASN or BSN, BLS, OASIS required, minimum 2 years experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide home health nursing care to patients in Adams and Franklin Counties
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with every 4th weekend rotation
- Support holiday coverage including major holidays as needed
- Cross county lines if patient care requires floating support
- Care for COVID patients as necessary
