Job Details:
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1961.75 – 2059.84
Schedule: 12Hr Days Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, with call.
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years of OR RN experience required. Strong ortho experience required. BLS & ACLS required. FL/compact license must be active at time of submittal visible through Nursys. Please upload all demographic information to the portal at time of submittal. ALL RTO must be included on the profile at time of submission or will not be considered or approved.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the operating room setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure adherence to sterilization protocols.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in Epic EMR system.
